Parks

The mission of the Parks Department is to meet the needs of a changing and growing community by providing a variety of high quality parks, trails, recreation services, and facilities for Highland.  Through focused and cost effective provision of services, the Parks Department contributes positively to the economic well being of the community and improves the quality of life for citizens of all ages.The Parks Department provides residents and visitors with clean, green, safe, and accessible open space throughout the city including parks, playgrounds, citysquares, urban wilds, street trees, and trails.
