In accordance with UNOS organ allocation guidelines, OneLegacy offers donated organs to transplant centers in order of patient rankings on OPTN match runs. Transplant centers recover and transplant the organs into the patients in their care.
OneLegacy collaborates with 11 transplant centers in our seven-county donation service area.
