24-hour drop box: A 24-hour drop box is located on the parking lot side (west side) of the Hugo City Hall building at 14669 Fitzgerald Ave. N. The box is located on the wall to the right of the main entrance doors.
Payment through your own bank: You can set up a payment by going to your own bank's website for details.
Auto-draft: Setting up an auto-draft can be done by completing and submitting the application below, or by filling out the application located on your bill.
