Summer Program

The UND TRIO Upward Bound Summer Program is a six-week residential experience designed to help high school students prepare for college through structured academic, cultural, and social activities. Students reside on campus, engaging in courses such as algebra, biology, foreign languages, and study skills. They participate in hands-on labs, leadership seminars, and career exploration sessions. Senior students in the Bridge component take college-credit courses, enhancing their readiness for higher education. Optional work-study and job-shadowing opportunities allow students to gain valuable practical experience aligned with their academic interests.
